Note: City of Hamilton offices are closed resulting in a restriction to public access. Offices are scheduled to reopen on April 6 which may change due to COVID-19. The City will communicate with the winning bidder to work out pick-up arrangements. The winning bidder should expect there may be delays with the pick up of this item and are further advised they should not show up without prior communication with designated City of Hamilton contact(s).

PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE To make online payment, log into your Liquidity Services account and select "My Bids". Please follow the instructions there. Payment in full is due not later than five (5) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction. Payment must be made electronically through the this website. The HST will NOT be removed from this sale under any circumstance. Buyers wishing to reclaim their HST from this sale will need to fill out a GST189 Form and submit to the Canadian Government to be refunded. Neither the seller or GovDeals will assist in this procedure.

Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

ALL assets are for pick up only - No shipping/freight assistance will be provided.
ALL pickups will be scheduled Monday to Friday during business hours. No weekend pickups are available.

will not be held responsible for any damage to any items during removal.
