in road worthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality.
The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial
repairs at the buyer’s expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven
in its current condition. The winning bidder will be required to transfer ownership before
the vehicle can be removed from property.
VEHICLE OWNERSHIP TRANSFER REQUIREMENTS
Vehicle Ownerships must be transferred prior to the removal of the vehicle from the premises. Buyers will have the Transfer portion of the Vehicle Ownership and Signed Bill of Sale Mailed/Couriered to them at their expense.
Once the vehicle ownership is transferred - the Buyer will email the Seller Staff confirmation to schedule an appointment for pick up.

Payment
Wire Transfer is the only payment option for this item. The Wire Transfer Transaction Summary page will provide payment and account information. The Wire Transfer must be completed within 5 days unless otherwise specified below.

Removal
PICKUP REQUIREMENTS
All communications regarding a scheduled pickup with the seller must be confirmed by the seller by EMAIL only. Voicemails and phone calls will not qualify as an approved scheduled appointment.
Any Buyers, Towing companies, or other third-party contractors showing up after these dates and times will not be accommodated. Pickup times are strictly scheduled and will be enforced - Any late arrival of 10 minutes or more from the agreed upon pickup time will result in you (or your representative) being turned away and having to reschedule the pickup.Please ensure you are timely for your appointment.
Any Buyer, Towing company, Float Trailer company, or any other third-party contractor must schedule an appointment by EMAIL with by our staff prior to pick up. Anyone arriving to the building without a scheduled appointment will not be accommodated and refused entry.
All Buyers must be aware that you (or your representative) will be picking up your vehicle from a BUSY VEHICLE YARD THAT IS MONITORED BY SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS AND SECURITY.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed on the posted pickup day as per the Auction listingIf any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
Special Instructions
SITE REQUIREMENTS:
Bidders or Buyers entering the Work Yard without an appointment or supervision will be Charged with Trespassing. Be aware that there is a POLICE PRECINCT close-by to our building.
Bidders or Buyers will not be allowed to conduct any mechanical work in the yard whatsoever.
If you are sending a third party to pick up your vehicle, we must verify that the Vehicle Ownership has been transferred prior by EMAIL.If any third-party contractor arrives unprepared without the correct documentation, they will be turned away and reschedule the pickup.
THERE WILL BE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR BIDDERS OR BUYERS FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Toronto District School Board makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.
