PICKUP REQUIREMENTS
All communications regarding a scheduled pickup with the seller must be confirmed by the seller by EMAIL only. Voicemails and phone calls will not qualify as an approved scheduled appointment.
All pickups must be conducted between Monday to Thursday from 9:00AM – 11:30AM.
Any Buyers, Towing companies, or other third-party contractors showing up after these dates and times will not be accommodated. Pickup times are strictly scheduled and will be enforced - Any late arrival of 10 minutes or more from the agreed upon pickup time will result in you (or your representative) being turned away and having to reschedule the pickup. Please ensure you are timely for your appointment.
Any Buyer, Towing company, Float Trailer company, or any other third-party contractor must schedule an appointment by EMAIL with by our staff prior to pick up. Anyon
Besondere Anweisungen
SITE REQUIREMENTS:
Bidders or Buyers entering the Work Yard without an appointment or supervision will be Charged with Trespassing. Be aware that there is a POLICE PRECINCT attached to our building.
Bidders or Buyers will not be allowed to conduct any mechanical work in the yard whatsoever.
If you are sending a third party to pick up your Asset, we must verify that they are authorized to do so by EMAIL. If any third-party contractor arrives unprepared without the correct documentation, they will be turned away and reschedule the pickup.
THERE WILL BE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR BIDDERS OR BUYERS FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
